Step 1: Unpack your mats & find the relevant section (position details mentioned at side of the mats. For reference kindly click here)

Step 2 : Dry clean your floor before installing the mats.

Step 3 : Put the Q Po Mats on the floor as per their specific side & press hard from all the side to avoid any gaps.
Use a Damp cloth or Water Pressure for the cleaning

Since this Q Po mats have a lifetime shelf life, kindly don’t use any chemicals to avoid damage

Ensure no extra covers (like car lamination or cushioning) are used, as they affect mat fitting. Returns for such cases will not be accepted.

Used products cannot be returned unless there's a fitting or defect issue.

For any corrections, notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. No changes or cancellations can be made after dispatch.

If a misdelivery occurs due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, no refund or replacement will be issued.

QPo Mats – Premium Quality, Exceptional Service, Lifetime Assurance!”
I ordered QPo mats for my car but accidentally selected the AT version instead of the manual one. Fortunately, the mats fit perfectly, and their elegant design gave my car a premium feel.

Realizing my mistake, I reached out to QPo for a replacement driver-side mat. Even though it wasn’t part of their policy, they generously sent me the correct one and didn’t ask for the old mat back.
