1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Important Note: If you purchase any car mats & alter them in any way, we are not responsible for any returns.
Important Note: Since mats carry their size & space, we would request you to remove the extra covers like car lamination, car cushioning, as they affect the mats fitting. No return shall be entertained if the lamination is still attached. Used products can't be returned, if there's no fitting/defect issue.
Note: If the wrong model/year is chosen from the user side, then no return shall be entertained.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service at hello@qpoindia.com or call +91-9310733187 within the specified time frame.
b. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and, if applicable, photographic/videographic evidence.
c. Wait for further instructions from our customer service team.
Special Note: Once the return is approved by our team, customers must complete the return process within 15 days. Failing to do so within the given timeframe will make the return request invalid and non-actionable.
3. Return Shipping
For eligible returns, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return.
Important Note: If our team declares the non-eligibility of the return (after verifying the issues), then no return will be initiated. Still, if the User wants to process the return or cancel the order (after dispatch), then the amount (two-way) of the return is solely borne by the User, which will be deducted at the time of refund (if he/she agrees). Return amount can vary from location to location, which can be informed by the QPo India Team.
If the User wants to return from his/her end, then he/she has to confirm with the QPo India Team and provide the relevant information required by the Team.
3.a Cancellation
Since we're using third-party logistics partners, we request the User to enter the correct address details & co-ordinate with the courier partners during delivery. The order delivery is attempted thrice, once it's reached the attempt threshold, it'll shift to the RTO.
We request the User to ensure the correct details & maintain a proper follow-up. Once RTO is initiated, the two-way shipping will be solely borne by the User, which can be deducted at the time of refund (once the product is received).

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the bank account of the user. The refund amount will be transferred to the same account from which the purchase was made.
Note: Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation shall be entertained.
4. Exclusions
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
a. Items without their original packaging.
b. Items that show signs of use or damage not related to manufacturing defects.

Q Po India reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

7. Retail Shop
If the User purchases the car mats from a nearby Retail Shop and faces any type of issue, Then Q Po India is not liable for the concern.
Users have to contact that retailer directly.
Important Note: If you purchase any product from our website, THE USER cannot avail the product directly from their nearby retailers, since your order was directly dispatched from Q Po India, & we don't involve dealers or distributors.
LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY PARAMETERS
The Return Policy is applicable only for Car Mats (Q Po Max & Q Po XD+) purchased from our official website, www.qpoindia.com, under the following conditions:
1. Breakage Mats – Returns are accepted only if the car mats develop breakage due to usage over the period (not applicable for intentional or external damage).
2. Original Packaging Required – The return request must include the original car mats box.
3. No Offline Purchase Returns – Returns are applicable only for online purchases. For offline purchases, customers must coordinate with the retailer/seller from whom they made the purchase. A valid GST invoice is required for any claims.
4. Replacement Only – Under the lifetime warranty, only a replacement will be provided. No refunds, exchanges, or other forms of compensation will be entertained.
5. Official Website Warranty – The lifetime warranty replacement is applicable only for purchases made from our official website and only for the specified car mat categories (Q Po Max & Q Po XD+).
For any warranty claims, please ensure compliance with the above conditions.
