Delivery Charges:
Q Po India Provides free shipping all over 16000+ Pincodes.
Although Q Po India does not provide International shipping.

Shipping Process:
Q Po India will process and ship your order within 4-5 business days (Saturday & Sunday not included) from the time of placing the order. The Tracking ID will be provided via email at the time of dispatch.
Non-serviceable Areas:
If the specified delivery address or postal code is not serviceable for cargo shipment, please provide an alternative location. If Q Po India is unable to fulfill your order at the original address, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
To avoid disruption, please provide us with an alternative address within our serviceable area. We'll be happy to assist in identifying a suitable alternative to complete your order.
Delivery Period:
Q Po India delivers your order within 7-10 business days (Saturday & Sunday not included). If your delivery timeframe exceeds more than 10 business days, kindly inform us on priority so we can expedite your order. Delays may occur due to various factors like bad weather, transport strikes, vehicle breakdowns, curfews, disasters, or issues from the courier end.
Tracking Package:
Once an order is processed & dispatched, the tracking link will be shared on your registered email address. (It may take 24 to 48 hours to reflect the estimated delivery date or current delivery status).
On some occasions, tracking details may take 24-48 hours to update due to unexpected delays in the logistics process. The estimated delivery date reflects the estimated timeframe for delivery. Since your order is delivered via cargo shipment, sometimes you'll receive your order prior to the estimated delivery date & sometimes after the estimated delivery date.
Exceptional Cases:
Although some addresses need additional information, hence customer coordination is required. Any delay from the customer end results in a shipping delay & the customer is solely responsible for that.
In exceptional cases, the delivery timeline can be extended (details mentioned below):
- Natural Calamity: Disaster, Flood, etc.
- Transport Strike/Blockage
- Legal Restrictions – Curfew, Emergency etc
- Epidemic/Pandemic - Mass medical breakout
- Information System Breakdown – Cyber Attack, Internet outage etc
Address Modification:
If wrong details (wrong/incomplete address, incorrect phone number or email address) are entered at the time of checkout, the details can be changed before dispatch. Make sure to inform us immediately through the Contact Us section, with the relevant order details (received via your registered email).
Kindly Note: No changes shall be entertained after dispatch.
Important Note: In case incorrect details (wrong/incomplete address, incorrect phone number) are provided by the customer, resulting in the parcel being delivered to an unintended address, the company shall not be held liable for the misguided delivery. Furthermore, no refund or replacement will be issued under such circumstances.
